I am blessed to have an incredible team and I truly enjoy supporting them and helping them grow with TLC. I am also honestly a scrap-a-holic and I love to crop, work on my layouts and more importantly, help others on my team discover new and creative ideas for their layouts and projects.
As an emerging Team Leader, my team is large enough for me to be quite successful but not so large that I can not truly connect with each member of my team to the degree that you need from me.
